CATTLE RANCH FOR SALE - BOLIVIA

A 3,000 hector cattle Ranch. This ranch has Legal Registered Titles, with GPS. It is also registered as Ganaderia. It is located south east of Santa Cruz, a two hour drive from Santa Cruz, with good public roads all year round; no problem with a two wheel drive vehicle. Reasons for selling: we are  retiring from farming. 

This Hacienda has 334 hectares of seeded pasture and 2,666 hectares of remaining virgin bush (this is a square piece of property, 6 kilometres by 5 kilometres). This property has approximately 40 kilometres of fencing, with solid cuche posts (the perimeter is totally fenced in, plus divisions for pasture fields). 

BUILDINGS: 
Main house: A nice new one large bedroom brick house with a four piece bath room, fire place, office, a storage and two patios. It also has hot and cold water. House #2: A smaller three room brick house, with a three piece bath room. Workers houses: There are three one room brick houses for workers. Other buildings: A metal roof (galpon) for equipment and a tool shed, also it has a hog barn with cement floors and sewer system. 

WATER SYSTEMS: 
There are four drilled wells, 67 Mts. and 97 Mts. deep. It has two windmills and an electrical water pumping system for backup. There are also ample cemented water troughs in different locations. 

CORRALS: 
It has two big working corrals with a brete, loading dock and divisions. 

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS: 
There is a solar system and a 20 k/w diesel engine generator.

It has a 22 meter telephone tower and antenna for cellular phone. It is equipped for E-mail system.

One rum-plough, one disker, one sprayer with an 800 litre water tank, a grass seeding drill, a three point hitch blade, two trailers for howling bails, a hay-bind swatter, a bailer for making 5' x 5' round bails, a grass seed harvester, a front end and a rear end loader for loading bails, and a 1992 model Ford diesel pickup truck.
