Nuevo Mundo was established in 1997 in Costa Rica by Charles Brennick.  The website started as an online travel agency for primarily Costa Rican tours and hotels.  Nuevo Mundo expanded its services to include real estate and travel information for all countries in South and Central America.  Real estate and travel details are provided primarily through searchable databases.  

Nuevo Mundo's current focus is providing real estate listings.  Real Estate information is the most requested service by website visitors.  The mission of the company has always been to be a useful information resource for travelers and investors to Latin America.  It will remain an easy to use website, providing FREE services on the web for exchanging information and services.

Founder

Nuevo Mundo was founded by Charles Brennick.  Mr. Brennick lived in Paraguay and Costa Rica for nearly 5 years.  He has traveled to every country in South and Central America and has a unique understanding of Latin America's business environment.
