Regulation for Individual Reservation (5 pax or less)

Services must be requested in written.  Iguana Tours will send a confirmation within two (2) days after receiving written request for services from you.

Billing & Payment
Billing for requested services would be issued upon confirmation of services. Fifty percent (50%) of payment must be received at least seven (7) days prior to make the tour.  Full Payment must be received at least one (1) day prior to make the tour. Payment can be made through bank electronic transfer or credit card; Iguana Tours will send banking information with billing.

Cancellations and Refunds
The Agency will refund in 100% for cancellations made four (4) days prior to client’s arrival. The Agency will charge a 50% penalty for reservations canceled within three (3) days or less of tour date.  There is no refund if the passenger is declared "no show".

Responsibility
Responsibility of Iguana Tours is limited, and is not responsible for the passenger in regards to travel whether by railroad, motor coach, private or public car, boat, aircraft or any other conveyance and does not assume liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect through of governments or other authorities, de jeure or de facto, wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, pilferage, epidemics, medical, diving accidents or customs regulations, any loss or damage resulting from the improper passports, visas or other documents.

The Agency reserves the right to cancel any tour or change the schedule without notification due to adverse conditions, even before departure or en route.  The Agency reserves the right to deny participation in any tour or part of it of any participant who demonstrates inappropriate conducts, health problems, drunkenness, or any other condition that the Agency considers dangerous.  Refunds regarding this passenger will be handled on an individual basis.  Baggage is carried at passenger own risk.  The insurance of tickets and vouchers shall be deemed in accordance with the above conditions.
